SYSOL's detailing team transforms engineered designs into production-ready shop drawings and CNC fabrication files with tolerances of ±1 mm. Every stud, track, joist, header, and brace is modeled in 3D before being flattened into sheet-level drawings with full fastener callouts, member labels, and assembly sequences. Our CNC output files (.fcad, .frm) are compatible with leading roll-forming machines from Scottsdale, FrameCAD, and Howick, ensuring your fabrication line runs without interruption. Our approach eliminates the traditional gap between the engineer's intent and the shop floor's reality. Because our detailers work inside the same structural model used for analysis, there are no translation errors, no missing connections, and no ambiguity in member orientation. Each drawing package includes wall panel layouts, floor cassette plans, truss elevations, and erection sequence guides — everything your crew needs to assemble on site without RFIs.
