Project Manager — LGS

OVERVIEW

Manage end-to-end delivery of Light Gauge Steel projects for international clients. Coordinate engineering, detailing, fabrication, and on-site erection teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Serve as single point of contact for international clients

• Coordinate between engineering, detailing, and fabrication teams

• Handle RFIs, change orders, and progress reporting

• Ensure quality standards and code compliance

• Prepare as-built documentation and close-out packages

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• 5+ years project management experience (construction preferred)

• Experience with LGS or prefabricated construction systems

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
