Steel Detailer

OVERVIEW

Produce CNC-ready shop drawings and fabrication files for LGS wall panels, trusses, and floor systems using industry-standard detailing software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create detailed shop drawings from engineering designs

• Generate CNC machine files (.fcad, .frm) for automated fabrication

• Prepare member-by-member sheet packages

• Develop erection sequence drawings

• Perform quality checks on all output

• Maintain drawing revision control

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or degree in Engineering/Architecture

• Proficiency in Scot-Steel, FrameBuilder-MRD, or FrameCAD

• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit

• Understanding of LGS framing systems and connections

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
