Melbourne Childcare Centre

OVERVIEW

A purpose-built childcare facility featuring CFS load-bearing walls and open-span roof trusses to create large, column-free play areas. Acoustic-rated wall assemblies were detailed to meet NCC Group 2 requirements for childcare occupancies.

This educationproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with Australia's building codes.
