Estimation Specialist

OVERVIEW

Prepare detailed quantity surveys, bills of materials, and cost projections for Light Gauge Steel construction projects across multiple international markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate accurate bills of materials from engineering models

• Prepare steel weight take-offs and fastener counts

• Develop labor hour projections and cost estimates

• Produce comparative cost analyses (LGS vs traditional)

• Maintain pricing databases for global markets

• Support sales team with preliminary project budgets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying

• Experience with LGS or steel construction estimation

• Proficiency in Excel and engineering software

• Understanding of international material pricing

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
