Adelaide Modular Apartments

OVERVIEW

A four-storey, 32-unit modular apartment complex where each volumetric module is framed entirely in LGS. SYSOL provided full structural engineering and connection detailing for module-to-module stacking and lateral bracing under AS/NZS 4600:2018.

This residentialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with Australia's building codes.
