OVERVIEW

A 16-unit defence personnel housing complex built with load-bearing LGS wall framing and roof trusses. Engineered to AS/NZS 4600:2018 for high-wind regions, the project achieved a 40% reduction in construction time compared to traditional masonry.

This residentialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with Australia's building codes.
