OVERVIEW

A three-storey workforce housing block with 24 units framed in cold-formed steel per AISI S240. The project was designed to withstand hurricane-force winds along the Gulf Coast while meeting Texas accessibility and energy code requirements.

This residentialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with United States's building codes.
