Dallas Logistics Warehouse

OVERVIEW

A single-storey logistics warehouse and dispatch centre using CFS portal frames for column-free interior spans. The mezzanine office level was detailed with CFS floor joists and load-bearing walls to create a two-level administrative zone within the warehouse envelope.

This industrialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with United States's building codes.
