Shenzhen Factory Office Complex

OVERVIEW

A two-storey office and amenities building within an industrial manufacturing campus. CFS framing was chosen over hot-rolled steel for the ancillary building to reduce material costs and construction time, with detailing compliant to Chinese GB 50018 cold-formed steel standards.

This industrialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with China's building codes.
