Abu Dhabi Private Villa

OVERVIEW

A luxury two-storey private villa with LGS framing concealed behind traditional stone and render finishes. Currently in design phase, the structure incorporates long-span steel trusses for double-height living spaces and cantilevered balcony framing.

This residentialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with United Arab Emirates's building codes.
