OVERVIEW

A three-storey corporate office building in the Blue Area utilising hybrid LGS-and-concrete construction. CFS load-bearing walls on upper floors reduced dead load on the reinforced-concrete podium, enabling a cost-effective foundation design in the seismically active zone.

This commercialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with Pakistan's building codes.
