Toronto Boutique Hotel

OVERVIEW

A four-storey, 40-room boutique hotel in downtown Toronto with CFS load-bearing walls and floor joists throughout. The lightweight steel structure enabled construction over an existing below-grade parking structure without reinforcing the transfer slab.

This commercialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with Canada's building codes.
