OVERVIEW

A three-storey mixed-use development combining ground-floor retail tenancies with upper-level commercial offices. Cold-formed steel mid-rise framing with moment-resisting connections was engineered to deliver open-plan floor plates and façade flexibility.

This commercialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with Australia's building codes.
