Vancouver Urban Townhouses

OVERVIEW

A row of eight three-storey urban townhouses using panelised CFS wall and floor framing. Currently in design phase, the project targets Passive House-level airtightness with continuous external insulation over the CFS stud framing.

This residentialproject was delivered by SYSOL Limited's engineering and detailing teams from concept through fabrication-ready drawings. Light Gauge Steel framing was specified for its rapid deployment, structural precision, and compliance with Canada's building codes.
